Golf & Pilates 4 Week Program

A 4 week golf and pilates program with various dates throughout the year, along with Deanndria Seavers , Conscious Movement Pilates instructor and owner. The program includes 1 group golf class per week and 2 group pilates classes per week. If you are a beginner looking to get into the game of golf and want the necessary physical tools or are an experienced player who would like to increase strength, balance and flexibility, then this program is for you!

Golf Fitness Weekly Class

Our golf fitness class is designed to get your body in golf shape. The class is led by one of our certified fitness instructors. The class will incorporate strength, flexibility, and endurance. Prepare to be sweaty. The class will have modifications for all ability levels.
